Bespoke items (some handmade collars and dog beds) will take 4-8 weeks.

EU Delivery Charges:
Charges are based on the weight of the products and the packing costs.

Direct Shipping Charges:
A small number of our products are shipped direct to our customers from the USA or Canada, in order to keep the retail price as reasonable as possible. VAT, Duty and Brokerage/Handling are costed within the basic item price. Some bespoke items are shipped singly to us (incurring brokerage costs).
